Job Title: Garage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff.
Monitor daily vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
Allocate work and coordinate workflow within the garage.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of required materials.
Maintain workshop records, reports, and follow-up documentation.
Ensure repairs and servicing are completed within deadlines.
Monitor workplace safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Coordinate with management regarding workshop performance and requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Garage Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor,



or Automotive Service Supervisor.
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
Positive leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in maintaining workshop records, stock management, and reporting
