Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities at the project site.
Lead and manage electricians and electrical technicians.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
Ensure electrical works are executed according to project specifications and safety standards.
Monitor work progress and maintain productivity targets.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
Conduct inspections and resolve site-related electrical issues.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, charge hand, or foreman roles.
Valuable knowledge of electrical installation standards and procedures.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
Experience in construction, MEP, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
