We are seeking a Merchant Activation Executive to manage merchant onboarding, KYC verification, MID/TID creation, payment activations, and post-live merchant support. The ideal candidate should have experience in merchant operations, banking/fintech processes, and solid coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform merchant onboarding and KYC document verification.
Create and manage Merchant IDs (MID) and Terminal IDs (TID).
Validate merchant details, MCC, MDR, pricing, and business documents.
Coordinate with banks, payment partners, and internal teams for merchant activation.
Handle QR, UPI, POS, and EMI activations/deactivations.
Support transaction routing, payment gateway operations, and device-related activities.
Process merchant profile updates, bank account changes, MDR/package revisions, and account/TID deactivations.
Resolve activation-related tickets and provide post-live operational support.
Generate setup fee invoices and maintain accurate onboarding records.
Prepare operational MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly), support audits, and maintain SOP documentation.
