As a Tower Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating the tower crane safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position construction materials according to the project requirements. We expect you to carry out daily pre-operation inspections, follow all safety regulations, communicate effectively with riggers and signalers, monitor load limits and weather conditions, and report any equipment defects immediately. You must ensure all lifting operations are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule while maintaining a clean and protected work setting.
