Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end civil construction activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.
Supervise site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimations, cost calculations, and project budgets.
Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery using planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
Ensure quality control and compliance with QA/QC standards throughout the construction process.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Review structural drawings, RCC works, and technical specifications to resolve site-related issues.
Monitor material planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Lead site teams, provide technical guidance, and resolve engineering challenges effectively.
