Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in booking tickets for national and international rail journeys
Provide friendly advice, and upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products
Handle customer requests and forward them to the appropriate department if needed
Keep the travel center updated with offers, promotions, and relevant information

Salary: Approx LPA

Requirements
Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma
Confident computer skills.
Friendly, skilled, and customer-oriented attitude.
Calm under pressure, punctual, and adaptable for shift work (including weekends & holidays).
Driving license (B category) is an advantage.
