KeyResponsibilities:
Must have knowledge of the property and different services / facilities offered on each ship like F&B;, entertainment etc.
Identify potential customers and enrol them as Club Deltin members based on the guidelines provided by the company.
Displays a courteous and helpful attitude at all times when dealing with guests and Builds Rewarding Relationships.
Maintain professionalism and respect at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
Responsible to assist with tournaments, promotions, give-a-ways and prize patrol presentations, as needed.
Responsible for knowledge of and adherence to Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures
Knowledgeable and actively promotes company marketing and promotional events and are proficient in answering guest questions.
Acts with utmost discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling all documentation and information.
Handles customer problems and reports all incidents to the VIP services manager and or Business Development manager.
Works productively in a fast paced environment and effectively communicates with co-workers and keeping Management apprised of any problem areas.
Attending trainings, conferences, meetings and business related events.
Qualifications:
Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in hospitality management may be preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skill.
A friendly and skilled demeanour.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Solid guest service skill with knowledge of departmental functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
