Value Added Group is hiring a Weaving Technical Executive with hands-on experience in woven fabric development and technical coordination with weaving units. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of fabric construction and be capable of visiting weavers to monitor and develop new fabrics as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Visit weaving units regularly for current fabric development.
Coordinate with weavers regarding fabric construction, quality, and production.
Develop new woven fabrics based on buyer and market requirements.
Analyze fabric construction, yarn counts, GSM, EPI, PPI, weave patterns, and fabric quality.
Identify and resolve weaving-related technical issues.
Ensure fabric development is completed within the required timeline.
Work closely with the Merchandising, Design, and Production teams.
Maintain records of fabric developments and technical specifications.
Follow up with weaving units until sample approval and production readiness.

Required Skills




Strong technical knowledge of woven fabrics and fabric construction.
Good understanding of Plain, Twill, Satin, Dobby, and Jacquard weaves.
Knowledge of yarn counts, GSM, EPI, PPI, reed, denting, and weaving processes.
Ability to identify fabric defects and recommend corrective actions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to weaving units.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering.
Equivalent experience in weaving will also be considered.

Experience
3–7 years of experience in the weaving industry.
Experience in fabric development and direct coordination with weavers is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in garment or fashion fabric development.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Familiarity with Surat weaving clusters will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
