Coordinate joining formalities, exit formalities, attendance management, leave administration, leave management, salary processing, and salary preparation for employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.
Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication skills.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
