Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates. This role is best suited for someone with solid communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, support, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
Manage onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
02 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism.
Hindi communication skills (Mandatory).
Telugu communication skills (Mandatory).
Preferred Attributes
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Sales hiring is an added advantage.
Solid networking and candidate engagement skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Positive attitude with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
