Role Description This full time on-site role, based in Kochi, involves both web design and web development responsibilities.

The Web

Designer / Web Developer will create and refine website layouts, visual assets, and user interfaces that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include coding responsive front-end pages, optimizing sites for performance and SEO, collaborating with team members to implement recent features, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves maintaining and updating existing websites, troubleshooting issues,



and contributing ideas to improve user experience and overall design quality.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Web Design skills, including layout design, color theory, and user-centric interface creation.
Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for creating and optimizing visual elements, icons, and web assets.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to build and maintain interactive websites.
Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design skills to ensure seamless performance across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Relevant experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar applications.
Understanding of SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Diploma or degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
