Roles & Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences.
Create 2D layouts, 3D designs, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and project cost estimates.
Present design concepts and make revisions based on client feedback.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and project monitoring.
Select materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furniture as per project requirements.
Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
Handle client communication throughout the project and resolve design-related queries.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and products.
