Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer / Developer role based in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves designing visually appealing, user-friendly website layouts, creating graphics and UI elements, and ensuring consistent branding across digital assets.

The Web

Designer / Developer will implement front-end code, optimize websites for performance and responsiveness across devices and browsers, and collaborate with developers and digital marketers to align design with functionality and SEO best practices. Daily tasks include updating existing websites,



testing and troubleshooting UI issues, and contributing ideas to improve user experience and overall design quality.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with the ability to create contemporary, user-centered interfaces.

Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for web (icons, banners, illustrations, and other visual assets).

Hands-on experience with Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and cross-browser compatibility.

Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or similar applications.

Understanding of usability, accessibility standards, and basic SEO principles for web layouts.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in agency or product-based environments is an advantage; a strong online portfolio is required.
