Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing requirements.
Source quality IT professionals through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely closures.
Engage and convince candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills
3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Robust expertise in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred: Experience in IT staffing/consulting with exposure to hiring for multiple clients.
