Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll

, along with the ability to understand business requirements and deliver scalable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilties
Implement, configure, and customize

Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll based on client requirements.
Automate HR and recruitment processes using workflows, approvals, forms, and custom functions.
Configure employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, leave management, attendance, shifts, payroll, performance, and exit management.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective HR automation solutions.
Conduct client demonstrations, user training, UAT, and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing HRMS configurations, and recommend best practices.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful HR digital transformation projects.
Prepare implementation documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Stay updated with recent features and enhancements across the Zoho HR ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in implementing or supporting

Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll

.
Solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment workflows, payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Experience in workflow automation, forms, approvals, and business process optimization.
Knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
