UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites, landing pages, and web apps in Figma / Adobe XD
Responsive Design: Ensure website looks and works perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile
Brand Consistency: Maintain color, typography, and brand guidelines across all web pages
User Research: Understand user flow, improve navigation, and reduce bounce rate
Creative Assets: Design banners, icons, illustrations, and graphics for website
Design Handoff: Provide dev-ready designs, assets, and style guides to development team

Focus: Code + Functionality
Frontend Development: Convert designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue
Backend/CMS Development: Work with WordPress, Shopify,



Laravel, or custom code. Manage databases and server-side logic

-Soft skills -Social Marketing
SEO + Performance: Optimize code, images, and structure for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO

Design* User engagement, Bounce rate, Design approval rate Development Page load speed, Bug-free delivery %, Uptime

Overall Projects delivered on time, Client satisfaction, Conversion rate
Tools Expected

Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

Dev: HTML, CSS, JS, React, WordPress, Git, PHP/MySQL

Other: Google Analytics, Page Speed Insights
