Role & responsibilities

:

Operate CNC Machines: Set up and run computer-controlled equipment to produce precision components.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
Parameter Configuration: Adjust speed, feed rate, tooling, and other settings for optimal performance.
Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards of accuracy.
Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and basic servicing to ensure machine reliability and safety.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Machines: Set up, run, and monitor machines to make accurate parts. - Read Blueprints: Understand technical drawings and specs. - Load Materials & Set Parameters: Insert metal stock and adjust machine settings (speed, tool type, etc.). - Inspect & Troubleshoot: Check for accuracy, fix issues during production. - Maintain Equipment: Do regular maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Education: 10th

ITI Trades- Machinist

Experience required 3 to 15 years

Location: Hazira -Surat, Gujarat.
