Role & responsibilities
Identify and procure outdoor advertising inventory across Chennai and other cities.
Build relationships with media owners and landowners.
Negotiate rental, display and procurement costs.
Source recent hoarding and branding prospects.
Conduct site inspections and assess visibility.
Verify legal approvals, ownership and documentation.
Maintain media inventory database with photos, GPS and commercial details.
Coordinate with Operations for campaign execution.
Obtain quotations and negotiate vendor commercials.
Monitor media availability, occupancy and renewals.
Analyze traffic, audience profile and site visibility.
Prepare media plans and inventory recommendations.
Achieve procurement cost savings and inventory expansion targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in OOH, Advertising, Media or Real Estate.
Knowledge of hoardings, unipoles, bus shelters and transit media.
Willing to travel extensively.
Two-wheeler with valid licence preferred.
