Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver sales targets and P&L; for the assigned zone.
Develop and execute zonal B2B sales strategy in alignment with national goals.
Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Identify recent business opportunities, client segments, and untapped markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners.
Drive key account management initiatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.




10+ years of progressive experience in B2B/corporate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a zonal or regional leadership role.

Solid leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of building high-performance sales teams and exceeding targets.
