Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and orientation training for newly joined nurses.
Deliver regular clinical, operational, and process-related training programs.
Assess nurses' knowledge and practical skills through evaluations and competency assessments.
Provide on-the-job coaching and handholding support to nurses during field visits.
Supervise nurses during patient visits to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
Monitor nurses' performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and company SOPs.
Identify training needs and organize refresher training sessions periodically.
Support nurses in handling patient care challenges and resolve field-level issues.
Coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain training records, attendance, competency reports, and supervisory visit reports.




Guide and mentor nurses to improve patient care quality and customer satisfaction.
Report performance observations, training outcomes, and field concerns to the Reporting Manager.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of supervisory reports.
Participate in quality audits and implement corrective actions when required.
