M2M is looking to hire Web Developers who have a passion for code and can build visually polished, responsive and high-performing websites.

What We're Looking For
2 to 4 years of hands-on web development experience.
Solid proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, PHP and MySQL.
Hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, Webflow and Shopify.
Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, animations and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with Three.js, Spline, GSAP or contemporary web animation libraries is a solid advantage.




Basic understanding of website performance, SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive hustler who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, strategists and marketing teams.
Receptive to feedback, eager to learn and committed to continuous growth.
