Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Meet service quality standards and response time targets.
Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.

Required Skills
1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in one or more regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.
Positive computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply, provided they have excellent communication skills and relevant customer support experience.
Experience in BFSI, FinTech, Banking, BPO, E-commerce, Telecom, Healthcare, Hospitality, or any customer-facing industry will be an added advantage.
