Location: Kolkata, West Bengal + Extensive Travel Across East India

Role: Full time

Key Responsibilities

Drive franchise acquisition and regional business expansion across East India

Identify and onboard potential franchise partners

Develop strong regional sales strategies and achieve revenue targets

Conduct business meetings, presentations, and site visits

Build long-term relationships with franchise partners and investors

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding and operations

Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and business forecasts

Preferred Candidate Profile





Proven experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / Expansion Sales

Strong understanding of East India markets and regional networks

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Comfortable with extensive travel and field sales operations

Ability to work independently and manage regional growth initiatives

Experience in Education / Preschool / Early Childhood Education is an added advantage
