Role & responsibilities
Manage daily production activities of wooden pallets, boxes, crates, cable drums, and customized wooden packaging.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Manage manpower, machinery, and raw material utilization.
Control production cost, wastage, and improve productivity.
Ensure product quality as per customer requirements.
Manage inventory of timber, plywood, and other materials.
Understand technical drawings and product specifications.
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
Monitor production reports, machine performance, and productivity.
Lead production team and ensure smooth plant operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production,



Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field.
510 years of experience in wooden pallet, wooden box/crate, cable drum, or wood processing manufacturing.
Knowledge of production planning, costing, inventory, quality control, and manpower management.
