Role & responsibilities-
Tender Identification and Tracking
Monitor IREPS, GeM, and other relevant tender portals on a daily basis.
Identify tenders relevant to the companys electrical and project capabilities.
Maintain an updated tender register with bid dates, EMD details, document status, and submission deadlines.
Tender Documentation and Submission
Prepare tender checklists, compile eligibility documents, and coordinate submission requirements.
Upload technical and commercial bid documents accurately within timelines.
Ensure proper handling of corrigenda, addenda, pre-bid queries, and bid revisions.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with the electrical department for BOQ, technical specifications, drawings, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing estimation inputs, quantity reviews, and technical comparisons.
Support preparation of deviation statements and compliance statements where required.
Commercial and Vendor Support
Collect vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Support rate analysis, costing, and bid pricing inputs for management review.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for technical and commercial documents.
Post-Award and Project Support
Support work order review,



contract file creation, and internal handover after tender award.
Coordinate with execution teams for initial documentation, scheduling inputs, and material planning.
Assist in project documentation, progress reporting, and closure support.
Documentation and Compliance Control
Maintain updated records of registrations, certifications, client documents, and statutory papers used in tenders.
Ensure organized filing of submitted bids, portal acknowledgements, and correspondence.
Support compliance with company procedures and tender terms.
Communication and Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments including accounts, procurement, stores, and project teams.
Maintain qualified communication with clients, portal authorities, vendors, and consultants.
Escalate critical bid issues, deadline risks, and document gaps to reporting managers in time.
