About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Operations Executive to manage day-to-day website operations, content publishing, and digital updates. If you have experience working with CMS platforms, website content management, and operational data, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Publish and maintain website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any CMS platform.
Update campaign pages, landing pages, banners, and product pages.
Perform quality checks to ensure content accuracy, formatting, links, images, and page functionality.
Maintain product master data and operational trackers with high accuracy.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Technology teams for timely website updates.
Follow publishing workflows, SOPs, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Website Operations, Digital Operations, CMS Authoring, or Content Management.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)



or any similar CMS platform.
Solid understanding of website content publishing processes.
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
Experience in product master maintenance and operational data management.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
