Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a robust background in Aerospace Quality, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Supplier Quality. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AS9102 FAI documentation (Forms 1, 2 & 3), the ballooning process, and Net-Inspect. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with aerospace standards, and supporting supplier quality activities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) as per AS9102 standards.
Prepare and review FAI Forms 1, 2, and 3.
Conduct ballooning of engineering drawings and map characteristics to inspection reports.
Work extensively with Net-Inspect/Any similar tool for FAI creation, review, and submission.
Perform product, process, and supplier quality inspections.
Review engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer quality requirements.
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.




Support supplier audits, quality investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer specifications.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Production Engineering.
Experience working with aerospace OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems is an added advantage.
