Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role at our project location. The Sales Executive will represent our project, CSK SkyScape, at the site office and will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, managing leads, coordinating with channel partners, and driving sales closures.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable configurations.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle — lead handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Work with channel partners and brokers to generate business.
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Share project details via calls, email, and WhatsApp and ensure follow-ups.
Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.




Achieve sales targets and support collections from customers.
Present project features, amenities, and value proposition effectively.
Coordinate with CRM / customer service teams for documentation and handover.

Required Skills
Robust communication and customer handling skills.
Positive negotiation and closing ability.
Good understanding of real estate sales process.
Experience with channel partner sourcing
Ability to manage broker and channel partner relationships.
Comfortable working from site office environment.

Eligibility / Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in residential project sales a must.
Education: UG Graduate Any
