Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and advantages to customers.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with billing and payment processes.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with the inventory and operations team to ensure product availability.




Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
03 years of experience in retail, showroom, or sales preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and confident personality.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
