We are seeking an experienced Protected Scrum Master to support Agile teams operating within an Agile Release Train (ART). The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to deliver highquality solutions, improving flow, and ensuring alignment with SAFe principles, LeanAgile values, and enterprise objectives.
This role requires strong facilitation skills, deep understanding of Scrum and Protected, and the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and other ART stakeholders in a largescale enterprise setting.
