Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and communication-oriented (English &Hindi;) Calling Process Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with business owners over the phone to verify, update, and improve their presence on Maps and Business Process Your primary focus will be data accuracy, customer support, and guiding clients on how to optimize their online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to business owners (B2B) to verify their business name, address, contact details, and operational hours on Google Maps.

Data Correction & Quality Control: Rectify existing map errors, update closed/moved businesses and ensure high data accuracy on the mapping platform.

Comprehensive Web Research: Conduct exhaustive research utilizing authorized resources to validate business information, including hours of operation, name, address, phone and geographical precision etc.

Performance Standards:



Consistently achieve established daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks while ensuring uniform application of moderation policies

Core Competencies & Skills:

Language Proficiency: Very Valuable at Reading, Writing and Speaking in the English & Hindi.

Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of how Maps function. Comfort with navigating multiple browser tabs.

Research & Navigation: Ability to navigate websites to validate information

Analytical Thinking & Decision Making: Ability to make sound decisions on ambiguous cases and categorize claims accurately.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on the target geography

Adaptive Learning: The operator should have the ability to work in a dynamic setting with rapid tool assimilation.

Operational Requirements:

Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a 24x5 environment (Sun-Thu) and working from the office.
