We are expanding our Global IT (GIT) platform at our India Captive in Mumbai, and we're on the lookout for a sharp, ownership-driven L2 Storage Engineer to join our Run Team. You'll be at the heart of keeping mission-critical storage and data center environments running seamlessly — across geographies, time zones, and technologies.
What You'll Own
Manage and operate SAN, NAS, FC Fabrics , and inter-site links across Data Centers
Handle end-to-end storage provisioning — LUN zoning, mapping, masking, and volume reclamation
Monitor system alerts, manage ITSM queues, and take ownership of L1/L2 escalations
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and resolve storage capacity and performance bottlenecks
Oversee data replication across Data Centers and lead DR failover/failback operations
Drive vendor coordination for hardware break/fix and software cases , including campaign upgrades
Step into crisis management taskforces when priority incidents demand it
Maintain SOPs,
support capacity planning, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
Proactively identify and remediate security vulnerabilities

What We're Looking For
8–12 years of hands-on enterprise storage and infrastructure support experience
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
Solid analytical mindset with a solution-first approach
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
A cooperative team player who thrives in quick-paced, globally distributed environments
Shift & Availability
Rotational shifts covering global hours (Mon–Sat)
Rotational on-call support during off-hours
