Understand Hiring Requirements
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
Prepare or review job descriptions (JDs).
Plan recruitment timelines and hiring strategies.
Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, employee networks, consultants, and campus hiring.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Candidate Screening
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely feedback.




Follow up with interview panels for evaluation and hiring decisions.
Candidate Engagement
Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
Address candidate queries regarding the role, company, compensation, and joining process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Offer Management
Prepare and roll out offer letters.
Negotiate salary within the approved budget.
Follow up with selected candidates until they accept the offer.
Pre-Joining Activities
Maintain regular communication with selected candidates.
Track notice periods and expected joining dates.
Reduce offer dropouts through continuous engagement.
Coordinate pre-joining documentation.
