Role & responsibilities

Telecalling & Patient Coordination
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote hospital services and health packages.
Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information about hospital departments, doctors, treatments, and facilities.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, investigations, health check-up packages, and treatment plans.
Address patient queries and direct them to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain a courteous and skilled approach during every patient interaction.

Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate qualified patient leads through outbound calling campaigns and follow-up activities.
Identify potential patients and convert inquiries into appointments and hospital visits.
Follow up on digital, website,



social media, referral, and campaign-generated leads.
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate contact details and interaction history.
Track lead conversion rates and submit daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to improve lead conversion and patient acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective patients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
