Job Location: Corporate Office

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Hours: 8.3 9 hours

Job Purpose: To carry out marketing initiatives by either receiving or making calls to patients.

Job Type: 100% Day Shift

Experience required: 1yr 2yrs

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream (preferably in Bioscience)

Remuneration: As per industry standards

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating leads and making/receiving calls and handling patient queries.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead receiving,
Lead Capturing,
Lead Nurturing,
Fix Appointments,
Follow up till Registrations,
Improve Product Knowledge,
Attend feedbacks and escalate it to top management
MIS & reporting
