We are looking for a Tool Design Engineer with experience in the aerospace domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing tooling and assembly fixtures for aerospace components.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures, and assembly fixtures.
Create 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings using CATIA.
Support 5-axis machining requirements by designing suitable tooling solutions.
Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimize tooling designs.
Ensure designs meet aerospace quality and manufacturing standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design reviews and implementation.
