Role & responsibilities
Supervise loading and unloading of consignments.
Plan and execute the most effective dispatch of material.
Coordinate PTL (Part Truck Load) operations.
Ensure timely dispatches and vehicle planning.
ERP data entry and documentation.
Daily reporting and MIS.
POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and follow-up.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and operations teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in a logistics company handling heavy cargo PTL operations.
Solid knowledge of warehouse dispatch processes and transport planning.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Positive leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
