Preferred candidate profile
6+ Months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Experience recruiting for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.
Solid knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN Visa).
Experience with ATS systems such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar.
Hands-on experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
