Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.

Manage manpower and allocate tasks effectively.

Ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy.

Monitor material receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate with operations, transportation, and customer support teams.

Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records.

Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.

Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes.

Train and guide warehouse staff to improve productivity and compliance.

Requirements

Graduate preferred.

Positive knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

Basic computer skills (Excel, email, warehouse management systems).

Solid leadership and communication skills.
