Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build workflows,



Flow Designer solutions, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and integrations.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio.
Create REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Configure Service Catalog items, record producers, and approval workflows.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and support activities.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
