Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Graphics

Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and branding elements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand design requirements, developing concepts, producing layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across all designs. The role also involves preparing files for production, incorporating feedback, and meeting project deadlines while maintaining high visual quality standards.





Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable software.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work for digital and print media, including branding, layouts, and visual campaigns.
Ability to translate brief requirements into clear visual concepts and adapt designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an in office environment.
Solid time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
Familiarity with social media design standards, digital marketing assets, and basic knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
