Customer Care Executive – Domestic E-commerce Process

Location: Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9.5 hours) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat support.
Resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations efficiently.
Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass .
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Positive English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Salary & Advantages
CTC: ₹18,000 per month
In-hand Salary: ₹14,500 per month
PLI Bonus: Approx. ₹1,000 per month
