We are hiring for a Warehouse Executive based at Navi Mumbai. The candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience and must be a Graduate.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory for appropriate action.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of secure materials as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for timely movement of goods.
Maintain warehouse documentation, inventory reports, and audit records.
Ensure compliance with security standards, quality processes,



and customer requirements, including PCI and other applicable standards.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and operational support.
Ensure warehouse equipment is used safely and maintained in valuable working condition.
Follow warehouse best practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and inventory management processes.
Adhere to all safety, security, and operational procedures.
Assist in training recent team members and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
