We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle fusion HCM Functional Consultant who can join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in HCM modules, coupled with technical expertise a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a rapid-paced workplace. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation Managed Services for the clients and delivers work effectively in client-facing scenarios.

The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules. Just have conducted client presentations and client demos on HCM modules to map solution requirements for clients.

Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.

Ability to work with technical team in explaining the custom requirements.

Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.

Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.

At least should have worked on a minimum 1 end to end implementations on HCM modules.

Positive communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
