Role: Telecaller (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. This is a remote (work-from-home) opportunity suitable for freshers and graduates who are eager to build a career in communication, client interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates
Handle inbound inquiries in a skilled and timely manner
Provide accurate information about services and offerings
Maintain call records and reports using MS Excel
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication




Coordinate with internal teams via email and chat
Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Requirements
Solid verbal communication skills (English and/or regional language)
Clear and confident phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Good organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
