I'm looking for a passionate full-time video editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content for Instagram and YouTube.
Edit both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) videos.
Make straightforward talking-head videos engaging using:
Music
Typography
Pacing
Sound effects
Motion graphics (where relevant)
Understand what performs well on Instagram and YouTube.
Collaborate on improving hooks, retention, and overall storytelling.
