SM Developers is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to support our sales team by generating leads, engaging prospective customers, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build robust relationships while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
Explain project features, pricing, and offerings to potential clients.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with leads to nurture customer relationships and improve conversions.




Support the sales team in achieving business goals and monthly targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a related role.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
