About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Requirements:
· Immediate joining preferred.
· Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
· Experience working with Australian or other international companies will be considered a strong advantage.
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken) mandatory.
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
· Confident on the phone with a professional and positive attitude.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact real estate agents across Australia to source suitable property opportunities for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and industry professionals.
Gather property details, pricing, rental estimates, and market information.
Follow up with agents regarding new, upcoming, and off-market listings.
Update CRM records and maintain accurate property data.
Coordinate with the buyers agent team to identify properties that match client requirements.
Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and agent engagement activities.
Meet daily and weekly call and sourcing targets while maintaining skilled communication.
