Injection Molding Technician

Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh | In office | Full time | Starts November 2026

About the role

We are looking for a skilled, experienced technician to operate, set up, and monitor injection molding machines at our Sri City manufacturing facility. The Injection Molding Technician ensures production runs efficiently, within specification, and in full compliance with quality and safety requirements.

The right person takes pride in process quality and equipment ownership, is disciplined in following procedures, and is comfortable working in a GMP-regulated production setting.

Key responsibilities
Set up and operate injection molding machines and ancillary equipment for scheduled production runs, including mold changes, parameter entry, and first-off inspection
Monitor machine performance and intervene promptly to correct process drift or deviations; perform basic troubleshooting of shot quality defects
Maintain process parameters within validated ranges and complete all required process logs and batch documentation
Perform in-process quality checks; identify, segregate,



and report non-conforming parts per QMS procedures
Carry out operator-level preventive maintenance tasks and report equipment defects to the maintenance team
Follow LOTO, PPE, and all site safety requirements; maintain a clean, 5S- and GMP-compliant work area
Complete production records, batch cards, and quality checklists accurately and on time in compliance with GDP

What we're looking for
Diploma or ITI in Plastics Technology, Tool & Die, Mechanical Engineering, or related trade
3–6+ years operating injection molding machines — medical device or high-precision plastics manufacturing preferred
Solid understanding of injection molding process parameters, defect types, and troubleshooting
Ability to perform mold changes independently and safely
Basic familiarity with quality inspection tools (calipers, go/no-go gauges) and GMP requirements
Ability to read and follow process sheets, SOPs, and work instructions
Basic English proficiency required
Proficiency in Telugu and/or Tamil required
