If you love a clean cut, a perfect color grade, or motion graphics that just feel right, this is for you. Your work won't sit in a folder either, it will be seen by real people making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Stipend: 15,000 INR/Month
Duration: 8 months, full time with possibility to have permanent full time role based on performance.

Editing and assembling video content from raw footage into finished pieces
Color grading to give every video a consistent, skilled look
Building motion graphics that add polish and clarity to our storytelling
Designing supporting graphics that elevate the viewer's experience
Working directly with the team to keep every deliverable true to our brand

You know your way around Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator,



Color Grading, Motion Graphics, not just the basics but enough to move quick.
You have a genuine eye for color grading and visual polish
You can build motion graphics that feel intentional, not just decorative
You're organized, you manage your time well, and you follow through
You communicate clearly and take ownership, especially key in a remote team
Bonus points if you understand brand voice and storytelling, or if you're studying (or have studied) Media, Film, or a related field
